Sean McMorrow played for a third of the Ontario Hockey League teams while his three year occupation and is therefore a true stock of the league and no single team system. Six teams in an Ohl occupation may de facto be a record, any way it is a shared feat with fellow enforcer Brian McGrattan.

McMorrow started his Ohl occupation in 1999-00 and split his rookie season in the middle of the Sarnia Sting and the Kitchener Rangers. The suitcases remained packed for most of the 2001-02 season as Sean provided toughness to three separate teams: Mississauga Ice Dogs, Kingston Frontenacs and, finally, the London Knights. More than half of his final season was spent in London before being shipped to the Oshawa Generals. After going goal-less for his whole Ohl career, Sean turned it on in Oshawa, scoring 7 goals in 32 games.

He surpassed the 300 Pim mark 3 of the 4 seasons he was with the Rochester Americans. He spent two seasons in the Lnah, Quebec's semi-pro league. In 2007-08, with St. Hyacinthe, he amassed an expected 527 Pim in just 48 games. Sean finds himself in Ireland with the Belfast Giants of Great Britain's Eihl. He became an instant fan favourite because of his policeman status. Dubbed 'The Sheriff' amongst Belfast fans, McMorrow is a huge participant in the community off the ice, as he has been wherever he's played.
